Teachers are asked to keep simple records of expenditure. This is not intended to be demanding - we want them teaching, not doing bureaucratic chores. However sponsors have to be reasonably satisfied that the money is well spent.

You can see sample documents below. Because we are publishing these documents directly on the Internet we have blocked out sensitive information like bank account numbers and children's telephone numbers.

	List of grade 11 and 12 students.
	Teacher invoice.
	Supplies (stationery) invoice.
	FLKS bank account statement.
	Thank you letter from a teacher.
